The U.S. and China on Climate Change

Ben (NSLI-Y China, Summer 2014) was chosen as the 100K Strong’s February Student Ambassador of the Month. The 100K Strong Foundation's mission is to strengthen U.S. - China relations through Mandarin language learning and study abroad. Ben started a Chinese language and culture club at his school, and produced the video above promoting collaboration between the U.S. and China on climate change. He says, “Participating in the American Councils’ exchange program [NSLI-Y] in Suzhou changed my life. I am fortunate to be a part of the 100K Strong program and proud to be a Student Ambassador. I enjoy sharing my cultural exchange experience with others and encouraging them to learn Mandarin and study in China.”
